WHAT TO EXPECT ...
The day will include looking at what to expect from your first triathlon, how to prepare and what and when to eat. We will cover every discipline of the triathlon looking at the swim and how to pace yourself and what to expect from a pool based swim, the all important transition including what to do & what not to do, the bike set up and how to be efficient and get the best from your bike and finally running off the bike looking at coping with fatigue and finishing the run strongly.
