RegisterPool Swim Technique Course – t.b.c due to pool closures
This course is designed for triathletes or swimmers looking to improve their freestyle technique and become more efficient and swim ultimately faster with less effort. The course will enable you to learn more about applying the correct swmming technique and putting it into practice. Whether you are struggling to feel that power in the pull, relax on the recovery section or get your timing right, this course will be suitable.
Seeing your swim on video & having it analysed is undoubtedly the best way to understand the intricacies of the stroke and how you can improve it.
Each participant will receive individual feedback on their swim video, which they can then put into practice during the 2nd swim session, where they will receive further feedback & coaching.
In order each swimmer receives lots of personal attention & coaching we keep to a maximum of 5 swimmers with a maximum of 1:5 coach to swimmer.
- 1.15pm –1.55pm – Introduction & swimming theory session 1
- 2pm – 3pm – Swim technique session (1) including video analysis
- 3.10pm – 4.10pm – 1-2-1 video analysis, swim theory session 2 & refreshments Tea & Coffee
- 4.15pm – 4.35pm – Stretch cord strength session
- 4.40pm – 5.40pm Swim – technique session (2) including drills
- 5.45pm – 6pm – Q & A & close

I did a half-day indoor pool swimming course with Christine and Sophie, which was absolutely brilliant! Couldn't recommend it enough! I only wish I'd done the course sooner on my triathlon journey!
It was a really well thought out and structured day, with a good coach to student ratio, which meant that we all got lots of individual feedback during the time in the water. The video analysis section was especially helpful. There was lots of opportunity to ask questions all throughout the day and having two coaches there rather than just the one meant double the swimming expertise and coaching input!

I just wanted to drop you a line to say thank you for such an enlightening and informative course! I felt really comfortable throughout even though I was a complete novice and feel I have definitely learnt the technique to enable me to progress with my freestyle swim. I’ve hit the pool and no longer feel like a fish out of water so I will be back next spring for some more coaching.
